Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise-grade network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, VPN, and cloud solutions
- Proactively monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Cisco DNA Center
- Lead complex network migrations and security implementations (firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Document network architecture, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and vendor management
- Provide Tier 3 support for critical network outages and incidents
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNP, CCIE, or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Expertise in Cisco, Juniper, and Arista network hardware
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN technologies
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) and SD-WAN solutions
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites
