Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Implement VLANs, VPNs, and firewall policies (Palo Alto experience preferred)
- Document network changes using Visio and ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cloud teams on AWS/Azure hybrid integrations
- Respond to network outages with SLA-driven incident resolution
- Conduct quarterly network vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNP or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in OSPF, BGP, and STP protocols
- Familiarity with SD-WAN solutions (Cisco Viptela preferred)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and DNS/DHCP
- Experience with network automation (Python/Ansible)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
