Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco/Juniper network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and resolve security incidents
- Implement VLANs, VPNs, and SD-WAN solutions across hybrid cloud environments
- Document network topology and create disaster recovery procedures
- Collaborate with cloud teams on AWS/Azure network integration
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network outages
- Lead network upgrade projects with zero-downtime requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise network administration with Cisco/Juniper certification
- Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and QoS protocols
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Fortinet security appliances
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in Python/Ansible for network automation
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex network issues
- Valid CCNP/JNCIP certification required
- Experience with network virtualization and NFV technologies
