Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and manage enterprise-level network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Perform regular network audits and security assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Implement and maintain network monitoring systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and software.
- Document network architecture, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
- Proven experience with LAN/WAN technologies, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
