Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain complex LAN/WAN infrastructures including Cisco and Juniper systems
- Implement network security protocols (Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS)
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical network outages with SLA adherence
- Lead network upgrade projects and capacity planning initiatives
- Document network architecture and create operational procedures
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid network solutions
- Mentor junior technicians and provide technical guidance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- Certification in CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent Juniper certification
- Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN technologies
- Experience with network automation tools (Ansible, Python)
- Strong analytical skills for complex problem-solving
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotation
