Responsibilities
- Design and deploy enterprise-scale LAN/WAN infrastructures using Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet technologies
- Implement and optimize SD-WAN solutions for multi-site connectivity
- Lead network security initiatives including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and zero-trust architecture
- Perform capacity planning, traffic analysis, and performance optimization
- Document network configurations using Visio and network monitoring tools
- Manage vendor relationships and hardware procurement processes
- Provide Tier-3 support for critical network incidents and outages
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNP/CCIE or JNCIP certification required
- Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS protocols
- Hands-on experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong scripting capabilities (Python/PowerShell)
- Valid CompTIA Security+ certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
