Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and distributed systems for Project 2026.
- Model Optimization: Optimize existing models for high-velocity data streams and edge computing environments.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating cutting-edge research (LLMs, Neural Networks) into our core architecture.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure technical excellence across the team.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Data Science.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL.
- Systems: Strong background in distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Education: BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (Master's preferred).
- Mindset: Deep curiosity and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
