Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and M365 environments
- Implement and maintain endpoint security solutions including EDR and MDM
- Lead incident response and disaster recovery planning
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles
- Train users on cybersecurity best practices and new technologies
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Monitor system health and optimize performance metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows Server, macOS, and Linux administration
- CompTIA Security+ and/or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience with service desk tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with SLA-driven deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
