Responsibilities
- Proactively manage and resolve Tier 2/3 hardware/software issues across 500+ endpoints
- Implement and maintain Azure AD, Intune, and SCCM infrastructure
- Lead cybersecurity incident response protocols including threat detection and remediation
- Design and execute network optimization projects using Cisco/Juniper technologies
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell/Python for repetitive tasks
- Mentor junior technicians and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline integrations
Qualifications
- 5+ years enterprise IT support experience with Windows Server 2019/2022
- Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and enterprise backup solutions
- A+/Network+ certifications required; Security+ preferred
- Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms
- Strong scripting abilities in PowerShell and/or Python
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills for stakeholder interactions
- Ability to lift 40lbs for hardware deployments
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional site visits
