Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade security solutions and controls.
- Monitor security alerts and perform real-time threat analysis and incident response.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO).
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle.
- Lead security awareness training programs for internal staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Certification preferred: CISSP, CEH, CISM, or Security+.
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on threat detection and incident response.
- Strong knowledge of SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) and firewalls.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, or Bash).
- Experience with cloud security platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
