Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI pipelines using modern frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Lead a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists to deliver production-ready models.
- Define and enforce best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to keep our stack ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Applied AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale models (BERT, GPT, LLaMA, etc.) in production environments.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
