Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and maintain robust scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise risk mitigation and opportunity identification
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into strategic decision-making processes
- Design and deliver executive foresight workshops and thought leadership presentations
- Build and manage cross-functional innovation pipelines aligned with long-term vision
- Publish influential industry reports and whitepapers establishing our thought leadership position
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Exceptional command of quantitative and qualitative research techniques
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field required
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business strategies
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and board-level stakeholders
