Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) and societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience communicating complex futures to C-suite audiences
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful future-strategy implementations with measurable outcomes
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFrA) or equivalent
