Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, quantum computing, climate adaptation) to identify high-impact opportunities for 2026+ horizon
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients facing technological disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and policy recommendations
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at industry summits on future-of-work evolution
- Manage a portfolio of emerging technology startups in our innovation incubator
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Quantify market readiness curves for breakthrough technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating trend-forecasting accuracy (published research or case studies)
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption strategies
- Strong understanding of ethical implications in emerging tech deployment
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
