- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on innovation priorities and risk mitigation strategies
- Produce high-impact research reports and executive briefings on future disruption vectors
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps and investment decisions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with demonstrated ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or thought leadership pieces (whitepapers, TED talks, industry journals)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
