- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Author high-impact trend reports and white papers published in industry journals
- Facilitate innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners on future-proofing strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of domain experts across biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Translate complex foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps for R&D teams
- Mentor junior futurists and establish departmental KPIs for innovation maturity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of published trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AGI, synthetic biology, climate modeling
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFK, APF preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
