Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic vision frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Architect scenario-planning models for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Present future-state insights to executive stakeholders and investor committees
- Establish industry partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Produce quarterly trend briefings and strategic whitepapers
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proven track record translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience with futures research tools (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
