Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotechnology, quantum computing, and sustainable energy sectors
- Develop actionable 2026+ strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies with business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings on future scenarios
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for anticipated market disruptions
- Establish KPIs to measure foresight impact on organizational growth metrics
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and technology impact assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend platforms
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with cross-industry innovation ecosystems and startup ecosystems
