Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and oversee the architectural blueprint for the company's flagship 2026 Strategic Initiative, ensuring scalability, security, and longevity.
- Predictive Trend Analysis: Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, Quantum, Biotech) to forecast market shifts and integrate forward-looking solutions into current system architecture.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Executive teams to translate futuristic concepts into executable technical specifications.
- System Optimization: Lead the migration of legacy systems to next-generation architectures, ensuring zero downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering department.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Establish robust security protocols to protect proprietary data and navigate the regulatory landscape of future technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or a related technical field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to think 5-10 years ahead and translate abstract future concepts into concrete engineering strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in AI/ML integration frameworks.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: A track record of solving complex, large-scale engineering challenges with innovative solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
