- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario planning frameworks
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions
- Advise executive team on disruptive market opportunities and risks
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technology assessment and adoption curves
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Strong background in ethical technology governance and responsible innovation
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon scanning platforms, trend mapping software)
