As a key member of our Global Strategy team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and design thinkers to anticipate paradigm shifts and translate foresight into actionable business strategies. You'll lead immersive scenario planning sessions, pioneer next-generation innovation frameworks, and champion human-centered approaches to technological disruption.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year strategic foresight initiatives using horizon scanning, Delphi techniques, and trend analysis
- Develop innovation roadmaps for 2026+ by synthesizing complex data from biotech, AI, quantum computing, and sustainability sectors
- Facilitate C-level workshops on emerging risks and opportunities in exponential technology landscapes
- Architect human-centered innovation frameworks balancing technological advancement with ethical implications
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to integrate foresight outputs into product development lifecycles
- Pioneer cross-industry scenario planning for climate resilience, demographic shifts, and economic transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 8+ years of foresight experience
- Proven track record in translating foresight into commercial innovation for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation strategy (white papers, TEDx talks)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through scenario planning and strategic pivots
