Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex futures
- Experience developing and implementing innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy preferred
