Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and board members
- Design and manage innovation pipelines for next-generation product ecosystems
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Develop quantitative and qualitative future impact assessments for new technologies
- Create compelling visualizations and narratives to communicate future scenarios
- Advise cross-functional teams on integrating foresight into product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology trends
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
