Responsibilities

- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight insights into roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Establish quantitative/qualitative metrics to track emerging technology adoption patterns
- Represent company at industry forums and publish thought leadership on future trends
- Mentor junior futurists and build a network of external domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years experience in innovation strategy, R&D, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and research databases
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with agile development and product lifecycle management
- Published thought leadership or conference presentations in futurism/tech innovation
