Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to map 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite stakeholders and executive boards
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate vision into actionable R&D priorities
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight or innovation strategy
- Experience scaling innovation programs in enterprise environments
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
