Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices architecture using Java/Python
- Lead DevOps initiatives for CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Kubernetes
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP for 24/7 system resilience
- Collaborate with global teams during handover periods for seamless integration
- Conduct thorough code reviews and security audits for enterprise applications
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and knowledge sharing sessions
- Document technical specifications and API documentation using Swagger
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in backend development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices patterns
- Experience with CI/CD tools and infrastructure as code (Terraform)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Active security clearance or willingness to obtain
- Strong problem-solving skills with system architecture experience
