Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, social shifts, and economic indicators to forecast industry trends through 2026
- Develop and present strategic innovation roadmaps to executive leadership and board members
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions and market experiments
- Author thought leadership content including trend reports, whitepapers, and keynote presentations
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight insights into development lifecycles
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks through scenario modeling and data analytics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused product development
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Economics, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation initiatives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and change
