Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 innovation strategies aligned with company vision
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks
- Partner with product teams to integrate future trends into development roadmaps
- Represent company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in innovation strategy or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Strong understanding of emerging tech ecosystems (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
