- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage a portfolio of moonshot projects with $5M+ annual innovation budgets
- Mentor junior futurists and build cross-organizational innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Strong network of tech industry disruptors and academic researchers
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or patented innovations
