- Manage cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling future-facing solutions
- Establish metrics for measuring innovation ROI and future-readiness maturity
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry thought leadership events
- Mentor emerging talent in foresight methodologies and strategic innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP, CPSI)
