Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and prioritize emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026

- Design and facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development and strategy
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings on disruptive trends and market evolution
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and integrate early-stage innovations aligned with 2026 vision
- Build and mentor a dedicated foresight team to institutionalize future-readiness across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting complex scenarios to executive audiences
- Published author or keynote speaker on future trends and disruption
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning, horizon scanning)
