- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen methodologies
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight capability within the organization
- Present strategic insights at global conferences and publish thought leadership in top industry journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities with quantitative/qualitative synthesis skills
- Published author or frequent speaker at Davos, TED, or equivalent global forums
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic predictions and implementations
