Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional scenario planning initiatives for 2026-2030 technological and societal transformation
- Develop and publish annual 'Horizon Report' identifying 50+ emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design and execute foresight methodologies including Delphi studies, trend impact analysis, and wildcard scenario modeling
- Advise C-suite executives on R&D portfolio allocation based on future market simulations
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and national labs to accelerate future-readiness
- Present findings at global forums including World Economic Davos and UN Innovation Summits
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and innovation strategists
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PhD/MSc) in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent technical field
- Minimum 7 years experience in corporate foresight, innovation strategy, or technology forecasting
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major industry publications
- Expertise in AI/ML forecasting, quantum computing applications, or synthetic biology
- Proven ability to translate complex scenarios into executable business strategies
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, Scan Global)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
