As a key architect of our 2026 vision, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, lead cross-functional innovation sprints, and publish proprietary foresight frameworks. You'll influence product roadmaps, identify emerging disruption vectors, and shape our patent portfolio while representing our brand at global tech summits.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology foresight strategy through scenario modeling and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Publish quarterly disruption reports and patent frameworks for emerging technologies
- Develop quantitative models for tech adoption trajectories and market impacts
- Represent InnovateFuture at global tech forums and partner with academic institutions
- Mentor junior futurists and build our internal foresight capability
- Align technology roadmaps with ESG and sustainability imperatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of publishing influential tech forecasts or whitepapers
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive experience
- Published author or speaker at Web Summit, CES, or similar events
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful technology transformation initiatives
