Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026 markets
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic roadmaps across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital ecosystems
- Produce forward-looking scenario models and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-ready innovation priorities
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry reports
- Manage a portfolio of strategic experiments and prototyping initiatives for future markets
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech domains
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Track record of translating foresight into successful product/business strategies
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, technology management, or relevant field
- Certification in futures thinking or innovation management preferred
- Experience leading cross-continental teams and global stakeholder management
