Responsibilities

- Develop strategic futures frameworks for clients in healthcare, energy, and aerospace sectors
- Facilitate cross-disciplinary workshops with C-suite executives and research institutions
- Author white papers and scenario-planning models for global policy think tanks
- Direct a team of futurist researchers and data scientists using predictive analytics
- Build partnerships with MIT Media Lab, World Economic Forum, and DARPA initiatives
- Present findings at Davos, TED, and UN Innovation forums
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Quantitative Social Sciences
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 clients
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Expertise in scenario modeling, Delphi methodology, and causal layered analysis
- Proficiency in Python/R for trend analysis and machine learning forecasting
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ paradigm-shifting futures projects implemented by 2025
- Security clearance preferred for government collaboration projects
