Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological paradigms
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, climate resilience, and quantum computing domains
- Produce high-impact strategic briefs and executive presentations on future scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future readiness strategies
- Establish predictive KPIs to measure organizational future-readiness maturity
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging 2026 industry disruptors
- Maintain proprietary trend database and competitive intelligence systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning roles
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, cross-impact matrices)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
