Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, identifying key innovations in AI and spatial computing.
- R&D Leadership: Lead cross-functional research and development initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing technologies.
- Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor global tech trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technological visions to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for long-term investments.
- Team Mentorship: Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists, engineers, and data scientists.
- Vendor Relations: Evaluate and partner with emerging tech startups and hardware manufacturers to integrate bleeding-edge solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior executive capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Quantum Computing, or Extended Reality (XR).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting technological shifts and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences, from engineers to board members.
- Adaptability: High comfort level with ambiguity and the ability to lead teams through rapid technological evolution.
