Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable systems focused on 2026 and beyond.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies, including advanced AI, neural interfaces, and quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with long-term business goals.
- Oversee the deployment of high-performance computing clusters and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate futuristic concepts into viable engineering solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-pressure environments.
