Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of scalable systems capable of handling 2026-scale demands.
- Define and enforce technical standards, best practices, and governance frameworks across the organization.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, technical assessments, and architecture evaluations to ensure code quality and system integrity.
- Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in the development lifecycle and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale enterprise solutions on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
