Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Ruby).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality code.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in code and architecture, implement caching strategies, and optimize database queries to ensure fast load times and scalability.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Testing & Debugging: Implement automated testing suites and perform rigorous debugging to ensure application stability and reliability.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conduct technical training sessions, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks.
- Backend: Strong experience with server-side programming languages (Node.js, Python, or Java) and RESTful API design.
- Database: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines (Docker, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
