Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into responsive, pixel-perfect code.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, including implementing caching strategies.
- Debug, test, and troubleshoot code to ensure seamless functionality across browsers and devices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews and technical architecture discussions to drive engineering excellence.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and HTML5/CSS3.
- Deep expertise in front-end frameworks such as React.js or Angular.
- Experience with back-end technologies including Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Strong understanding of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first hybrid culture.
