Responsibilities
- Architect and implement responsive web applications using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Optimize frontend performance to achieve sub-2 second load times
- Develop RESTful APIs with robust authentication and security protocols
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers through pair programming
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Jenkins
- Collaborate with UX designers to translate mockups into pixel-perfect implementations
- Conduct A/B testing and data-driven optimization of web features
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React preferred)
- Expertise in Node.js, Express, and MongoDB/PostgreSQL
- Strong understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFront)
- Proficiency in CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS) and responsive design principles
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and TDD methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex web applications with measurable impact
