Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define features and technical specifications.
- Maintain and improve the performance, responsiveness, and stability of our existing web platforms.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and bugs efficiently to ensure seamless user experiences.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Proficiency in at least one back-end programming language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby, or PHP).
- Familiarity with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
