Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop scalable, robust, and secure web applications using modern technologies.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance to ensure lightning-fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical growth.
- Testing & QA: Implement automated testing strategies and participate in the QA process to minimize bugs and ensure product stability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Frontend Proficiency: Deep knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, HTML5, and CSS3/Sass.
- Backend Proficiency: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks.
- Database Management: Experience working with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with AWS or Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex issues and optimize code architecture.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
