Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, responsive web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define, design, and ship new features with a focus on user experience.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring seamless performance across all devices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster technical growth.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and debug software errors to ensure system stability.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent professional experience is accepted.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Experience with server-side programming languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
