The Role:
As a Senior Developer, you will lead the technical direction of our product, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers. You will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from concept through deployment, ensuring high performance and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility across all devices and browsers.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Strong backend skills with Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of database design (SQL and NoSQL) and API development (REST, GraphQL).
