Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance, scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain engineering excellence.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (Sprints, Daily Standups) to drive project momentum.
- Design and manage database schemas and APIs with a focus on security and data integrity.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Full Stack development (JavaScript/TypeScript preferred).
- Proficiency with modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
