Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, QA) to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster a culture of excellence.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across devices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical training sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
