Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud-native technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production and development environments to ensure high availability and performance.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning sessions to drive the evolution of our tech stack.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases, such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and authentication protocols (OAuth2, JWT).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
